Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

• All orders are shipped with Canada Post or with private courier, such as Purolator, UPS, Fedex, etc.  (with tracking) from Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
• We ship both domestically and internationally (Currently North America and United Kingdom).
• Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing/packing.
• Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on size of package + total weight of package.
• Shipping times are calculated based on delivery address.
• DarlingYou is NOT responsible for any additional duties or taxes charged on international orders.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, which is automatically added to the total.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

MISSING PACKAGES:

If your order’s tracking status indicates that your parcel was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please be sure to check around your property/lobby/mailroom. Canada Post also leave a pick-up notice in case of a failed delivery attempt, which will require you to pick up the parcel from your nearest post office in person.
