Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with tracking from Vancouver, BC, Canada, via Canada Post or private couriers such as Purolator, UPS and FedEx.

Where We Ship

We ship within Canada and internationally, including to the United States, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Available destinations vary by item and are shown at checkout.

Processing Times

  • Made-to-order items: please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to be made, plus shipping time.
  • Ready-made items: please allow 1–5 business days for processing and packing.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package, and delivery times are based on the delivery address. The cost of shipping is paid by the customer and is automatically added to the order total at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and fees charged by their country. Darling You Apparel is not responsible for these charges. Parcels refused for delivery will be returned at the customer’s cost.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email hi@darlingyou.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your order’s tracking status indicates that your parcel was delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your property, lobby or mailroom, and with neighbours. Carriers may also leave a pick-up notice after a failed delivery attempt, in which case the parcel must be collected in person from the indicated location.

If your parcel appears to be lost or its tracking has not updated, please contact us and we will take the next steps to assist you further.
