Refund & Return Policy
Every order is thoroughly inspected and documented before being carefully packed for shipping. If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact us at hi@darlingyou.ca and we will do our best to help.
Final Sale Items
Due to their unique nature, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Made-to-order and bespoke garments
- Ready-to-smock kids dresses
- Digital downloads (see Digital Products below)
- Vintage pieces
Ready-Made New Items: 30-Day Returns
Ready-made new items that are not listed above may be returned within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use tracked shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Returns sent without a valid RMA cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
Made-to-order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email hi@darlingyou.ca as soon as possible.
Digital Products
Digital products, such as our printable guides, are delivered by download link. Because they cannot be returned, digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Digital products are licensed for your personal use only and may not be resold, shared or redistributed.
