Refund policy

REFUND/RETURN:

• Due to the unique nature of bespoke garments, all sales are FINAL. However, we encourage you to contact us if you encounter any issues with your order.
• To ensure quality, every order is thoroughly inspected and documented before being carefully packed for shipping.
• For non-final sale items, we offer a 30-day return window, with the following conditions:
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs with tracked shipping.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Items must be returned in undamaged and original condition to qualify for a refund.
• Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Returns sent without a valid RMA cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.
